You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use or distribution.

Google Workspace and Google API Usage

The DocAI Google Workspace Add-on only accesses content explicitly selected or authorized by the user.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Workspace API data or Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.

YouTube and Third-Party Platform Access

If you connect third-party services such as YouTube or Google accounts, you authorize us to perform actions explicitly requested by you.

For example, authorized functionality may include:

  • Uploading videos

  • Updating titles or descriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

You authorize us and our payment providers, including Stripe, to process applicable charges.
