These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DocAIToolbox, DocAI Studio, the DocAI Google Workspace Add-on, and related services (“Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Description of Services
DocAIToolbox provides AI-powered tools and media processing services, including but not limited to:
Text-to-speech generation
Voice cloning
AI-generated audio
Translation
Audio transcription
Video processing
AI-assisted media workflows
Google Workspace integrations
AI productivity tools
Features and functionality may change over time.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.
If registration or subscription access is required:
You agree to provide accurate information
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account
You must notify us of unauthorized access or security issues
You may not share accounts in a manner that violates plan restrictions or intended usage.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Violate intellectual property rights
Upload content you do not have rights to use
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with platform security or infrastructure
Generate malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content
Misuse voice cloning technology or impersonate others without authorization
Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or access restrictions
Use automated systems to abuse platform resources
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, generate, or process through the Services.
By using the Services, you grant DocAIToolbox a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, transform, and generate outputs from your content solely for:
Operating the Services
Providing requested functionality
Security and fraud prevention
Support and troubleshooting
Service reliability and maintenance
You represent and warrant that:
You own or control the necessary rights to your content
Your content does not violate applicable law
Your content does not infringe the rights of others
You have obtained required permissions and consents
Voice Cloning and AI-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents before creating, uploading, generating, or using cloned voices or AI-generated media.
DocAIToolbox does not verify ownership, identity, consent, or authorization related to uploaded voices or generated outputs.
Generated outputs are created automatically based on user-provided inputs and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use or distribution.
Google Workspace and Google API Usage
The DocAI Google Workspace Add-on only accesses content explicitly selected or authorized by the user.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google Workspace API data or Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.
YouTube and Third-Party Platform Access
If you connect third-party services such as YouTube or Google accounts, you authorize us to perform actions explicitly requested by you.
For example, authorized functionality may include:
Uploading videos
Updating titles or descriptions
Managing media workflows
Authenticating accounts
You remain responsible for complying with all applicable third-party platform rules, policies, and terms.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, outages, restrictions, or policy changes.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits
Certain features may require paid subscriptions, usage credits, or recurring billing plans.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
You authorize us and our payment providers, including Stripe, to process applicable charges.
Usage limits, quotas, retention periods, credits, and feature availability may vary by plan.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, usage limits, or available features with reasonable notice.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law:
Payments are non-refundable once Services have been substantially used
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase may be denied
Subscription cancellations prevent future billing but do not automatically generate refunds for prior charges
Storage and Retention
DocAI Studio is designed as a processing and workflow platform and not as permanent cloud storage.
Uploaded files and generated outputs may be stored temporarily to support platform functionality, downloads, processing workflows, customer support, fraud prevention, and operational reliability.
Retention periods may vary based on subscription plans and operational requirements.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important content.
Availability and Service Changes
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all systems or environments
Accuracy or reliability of generated outputs
Availability of specific features at all times
Features, APIs, infrastructure, pricing, retention policies, and integrations may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
DocAIToolbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, or third-party claims
We are not responsible for user-generated content or outputs generated through the Services
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services will not exceed:
The amount paid by you to us during the 12 months preceding the claim, or
$100 USD if no payments were made
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocAIToolbox, its affiliates, operators, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time for reasons including:
Violations of these Terms
Security concerns
Fraud or abuse
Legal compliance requirements
Operational or infrastructure reasons
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
